چکیده

Abstract The research aims to show the ability convert Fused Deposition Modeling 3D printer be compatible with clay mixture after modifying structure, setting up Cura software, and changing print head technology. This solution provides teams scientists opportunities in several ways (manufacture patch antenna substrate, dielectric automobile sensors, ceramic aerospace technology). Additive manufacturing allows production of many intricate shapes ceramics, which is difficult a traditional method. paper used WASP slurry as raw material for Liquid (LDM) various samples using Archimedes screw air pressure dispensing technique (a two-step process). LDM low-cost straightforward technology appropriate prototype scale. Different clay-built have been produced water-to-clay ratios ranging from 0.57 0.69. effect nozzle size printing experiment tests demonstrated. tested (extruder) mechanism, properties materials suitable putty, how wet extruded nozzle. optimum slicing configuration efficient are provided. Samples were stress-tested they dried 24 h at average laboratory temperature then exposed 1000 $$^\circ $$ ∘ 1 h.
